Examples of Activities
■ Mitsubishi Chemical Holdings Group: Enhancing the information security management structure
In addition to measures taken related to system security, the Mitsubishi Chemical Holdings Group compiled the Mitsubishi Chemical Holdings Group Information Security Policy in April 2013, aimed at making all members of the Group aware of the importance of protection of information assets and related responsibilities. The goal is to prevent problems such as the loss of public trust due to the leakage or falsification of information or the stoppage of business due to failure of information systems. Looking ahead, we plan to strengthen upholding and management of information security at our bases in Japan and overseas, chiefly through the Information Security Committee established at the same time as the above Policy.
