Beginning with the 1st Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held in June 2006, we have held these meetings on days other than those peak days when many other companies traditionally hold theirs. To ensure that shareholders can fully exercise their voting rights, we have implemented an electronic voting system using the Internet and other means.
